When I was about 14

Tell us about some of your previous projects.

In the early days I worked with Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath) for about two and a half years, and during this time we produced many songs, videos and showcases before Geezer rejoined Ozzy Osbourne. I also worked with Krokus, a famous Swiss Band recording one album and touring all over Europe with them.

I also did 10 years of musical theatre playing some major roles before I did my first professional theatre tour with the rock show A Whole Lotta Metal. And more recently I have been working
with Don Airey (Deep Purple), recording A Light in the Sky and one just about to be released with some fantastic musicians such as: Rob Harris (Jamiroquai), Joe Bonamassa, Laurence Cottle (Eric Clapton/Cher/Sting), Darrin Mooney (Primal Scream), Keith Airey (Colin Blunstone/Zombies) and Bernie Marsden (WhiteSnake).

Who are your influences?

In the early years it was Rob Halford (Judas Priest), I just like catchy songs with great hooks! I dont know? I like theatrical type voices with lots of light and shade..... Queensryche maybe? And on the heavy side Ronnie James Dio! Just great vocals.

If you had to take one album to your desert island, what would it be and why?

If I'm just singing ME!, if I play guitar a Fender Tele/Strat and Marshal JCM 800.
