Where and when where you born?

The Isle of Wight, 1982

When did you start to play?

Around the age of 8.

Tell us about some of your previous projects?

At the age of 19 I moved to Liverpool to study at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

Since then I have worked with such acts/artists as Liam Bailey Candie Payne, Hannah Peel, Luke Ritchie, Ayumi Hamasaki, Vagabond, Sandi Thom, Lou Rhodes, John Power, Colin Vearncombe, Joe Worricker, Delilah, Rita Ora, Maveric Sabre, Sam Carter and Brit Floyd.

Who are your influences?

Peter Gabriel, Led Zeppelin, Jeff Buckley, Joni Mitchell, Paul Simon, David Bowie, James Gadson, Steve Gadd, Mitch Mitchell, Joe Morello.

If you had to take one album to a desert island, what would it be?

I don’t think I could choose one, but Peter Gabriel - So, Jeff Buckley - Grace, Joni Mitchell - Blue.

What gear do you tour with?

I use a Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute and a selection of vintage and new Zildjian and Sabian cymbals.
